30-day online return/exchange policy on all unworn, undamaged, tagged merchandise. The customer is responsible for return shipping in original boot box. A restocking fee of $15 will be deducted from the refund. No returns/exchanges on custom boots. No returns/exchanges on closeout/clearance items or cowboy/cavalry hats.
Ground Shipping is our standard method of shipping within the continental United States. If you need your order sooner, quicker delivery options may be available. We charge a flat rate to ship all orders. Orders of at least $300 are shipped free. You will be shown the shipping charges before you submit your final order.
Because UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes, a street address must be provided for each order.
